Exercise at Backus

Walkers are welcome to walk through the Backus building during normal office hours, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm.  Please sign in at the office.  Signing in allows us to track building usage as well as know who is in the building in cases of emergency.  Social distancing and wearing a mask are required.

• Monday – Wednesday – Friday | 10:30 am – 11:30 am | On the stage
• Open Classes, Come when you can – ONLY $2 per session!! 
• Save when you buy a punch card – 12 sessions for the price of 10!
  Punch Cards Available at the Backus Office.
• All you need for class is a pair of tennis shoes, loose fitting clothes, a small hand towel and water –  because you WILL SWEAT!!
