Exercise at Backus

Walkers are welcome to walk through the Backus building during normal office hours, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm.  Please sign in at the office.  Signing in allows us to track building usage as well as know who is in the building in cases of emergency.

• If you are under 18 a waiver needs to be signed
• Open Classes, Come when you can – ONLY $2 per session!!
